Project description
I partnered with Channl's co-founders to redesign their marketing website as part of their efforts to scale user acquisition and adoption. My decisions focused on using visual design to strategically position their unique self-service platform and tell a convincing story about Channl's new mobile-first platform and unique value propositions for creators.
Background
Channl is a SaaS startup operating in the B2B2C space within the creator economy sector. Their product is an all-in-one, self-service platform designed for creators and agencies, offering tools for fan engagement, community building, merchandise sales, and analytics.
The founders of Channel approached me to redesign their marketing website and collaborate on updating their content strategy. With the launch of their new mobile-first self-service platform offering a freemium SaaS model, Channl needed a site that stands out in a competitive creator economy and effectively guides users from initial interest to activation.
My Role
As the sole product designer, I led the website design process and design system updates from discovery to developer handoff. The stakeholders I collaborated with included the founders, CTO, and one developer.

The website redesign needed to overcome several key obstacles, including distinguishing Channl from well-established competitors, simplifying complex product messaging, and ensuring a seamless, high-converting user journey.
My design approach focused on enhancing user acquisition and conversion through straightforward storytelling, strategic content placement, and scalable, responsive design.
Impact
A fully responsive marketing website that drives conversions and positions Channl to scale user acquisition across their target markets, from creators of all kinds to agencies. The live site is currently in development.
Solution
The redesign incorporates dynamic background gradients, bold visuals, interactive elements, and compelling storytelling to achieve a modern and exciting experience showcasing Channl's monetization tools and community management features. My decisions aimed to illustrate how Channl addresses a critical market challenge: allowing creators to own their audience relationships, data, and revenue streams while offering personalized experiences for superfans.
